Bath Day Plague Bug

Previously the only thing that could remove it was remove disease or a salutary tonic dc 15. Now when passing the DC 15 heal check you are told "You have been cured of the Bath Day Illness" but it does not go away.

Also lesser restoration seems to remove it.
