Give class level bonus to Cooking

Cooking is an introductory crafting skill that doesn't produce much of anything (that I know of) that is mechanically powerful, although it does contain some higher DCs, although nothing like alchemy or Herbalism that I've seen.

I propose all base classes that don't already give a bonus to a crafting skill, Barb/Bard/Cleric/Fighter/Monk/Paladin/Rogue gain a class level bonus to the skill. Or even just the classes it might make more sense for, like Bard/Fighter/Rogue.

I can see bard, ranger, and rogues being better at cooking if they traveled a lot but I'd say leave as is
