Add plant cuttings and seeds as loot

It would be supremely helpful to many of the crafters and those interested in the plant life if seeds and cuttings were findable loot that dropped on certain quests or off certain monsters.  As it is now, many pickers are careless and leave the server stripped of all of a few types of plants.  I realize that this been pursued ig and ic and should be for the most part, but there are plenty of alchemical reagents that drop.  I think there is a case for this.

I personally like it better the way it is.

The fact that you have to grow the plants and there is only so much space to grow plants also helps throttle research....which may be very intentional.
