In the Town Hall it is revealed that the Sheriff himself is a thrall. He flees to his quarters in the Watch House and is killed.
The Spellguard take control of the city and disolve the Council. Many suspect this whole affair to be a Spellguard plot to seize power.

He becomes the rebel leader as he and his men go into hiding.[/FONT]

And I especially enjoyed taking out those AT-AT, er, animatrons the Spellies had :)
