Loot for Vrazdn!

The quest is as old as EFU:A, and the loot hasn't seen an update. It would be amazing if we could see some stargazer zodiac relics, some Wyrm Watcher related loot, and some Withered items to tie it all together! As well, maybe alter the keep itself to give some impression that it once (theoretically) belonged to the Wyrm Watchers?

Just a small update repeating what I announced in IRC - Comouter complications left me withs corrupted module and I lost my work up to now. I've reverted to an older save but am recreating the lion's share. Thanks for your continued understanding and patience.
