Regroup Doesn't Work

By the spell description, it's obvious that the spell was intended to be used on other PC's. But it can't be, from anyway I can tell.

It looks like the spell was scripted for use with the party system that no longer exists.

Pretty sure this is actually for  recalling summons mid-combat as it was introduced long after the party system was removed.

Correct, it's for summons.

Gotcha. Then maybe remove the OOC warning in the spell description that talks about being careful not to regroup party members who wouldn't want you teleporting them? It definitely reads as though it's meant to operate on PC's, and that was why I took it.
