May this tome hold the accounts of all misdeeds and injustices of the lands that we the servants of Hoar cannot bear witness to ourselves. Put to words here the unjust fate suffered upon you and all that would support your truth.

If in our judgement we find guilt, fitting punishment shall be decided and justice delivered at our mortal hands. Trust not in the squabbling Clans and their fickle rule, for only divine law can grant order in a sundered land.[/tface]

Most importantly you must detail the transgression that has befallen you  or what it is you have seen be done to another. Commit to these pages  when, where, whom and what has happened.

Witness & Evidence

To ease the judgement of the mortal Hands you must name any other  witnesses that can attest to your words, as well as any known material  evidence that can be sought out for our consideration.

Punishment

Last but not least we wish you to consider what punishment it is you desire for the crime. If your vengeance rings true, then it is also the fate which shall be delivered by us.[/tface]
