Bard rage - Withering

My barbarian rage continues to break as of the last reset. The only thing that has changed is that my withering is now modifying stats. The rage only gives +2 str, +2 con, and is not effected by charisma or anything else apparently.

This only happens on the second and third uses of the rage.

The barb rage that is withering based, only modifies based on withering. Not anything else, so the more withered you are, the stronger it is.

Level 4 Tribal Guardian is supposed to give +6 str and +6 con with a charisma modifier of +2. It isn't providing any change beyond the normal +4/+4 though.
