Foreword:
To those aware and those of knowledge, weapons of destruction and impenetrable armor are possible to be created. This small binder will contain valuable information to very few - naught but the truly enlightened will find use of what is written here.

The Idea:
To craft a weapon or armor of true uniqueness and power, one must first observe the potential weilder. One must find out what their dreams and hopes are, what their favourite color is, who their enemies are and so forth, so that the weapon will provide that which is necessary. Once this is done, one can begin to piece together a map of this person and to find the exact reagents necessary in the crafting of the artifact.

The Creation:
Transmutive magic is a must in the crafting of offensive powers, abjurative for the defensive powers. You must look to your map of the potential weilder and the weapon will form itself in your minds eye - you must put this image in your mind to the metal to the exact, any deviations from this, often divinely inspirated design, may jeopardize the artifact.
The spells necessary will be decided by the reagents on the map. It is crucial to time the casting of the spells to the right moment, when the metal is still hot and receptive to blows.

The Trial:
The weilder must then take the weapon or armor. A quest must be given to the weilder in order to prove his worth to the artifact, lest it will reject him and his very soul may suffer permanent harm.
