I hereby dedicate my 7,000th EFU post to Talir.

From my early days in the Underdark to our hijinks with his Watchman spurning my criminals at every turn, we were not able to fully envelop our mastery of EFU until the Archipelago.

Thanks to Mort's great faction of spies I was able to team up with the likes of Caddies and Gippy in pursuit of roguish mayhem and "Professional" espionage. This lead me to the Hanged Goblin as an employee where I set about attempting to collect a crack squad of information brokers, spies, thieves, forgers, thugs, assassins, and other organized crime figures.

This lead to my meeting the esteemed O. Kendt, pseudonym of which you are unworthy to know.

From the days of Mister Symme and Associates we were able to for a short time rule the crime world of EFU...or so we thought. At the end of the day it did not matter where, how, or what exactly we did. Seven PCs would sit around a table talking heists, plans, enemies, brainstorming schemes, and ultimately spent more time thinking rather than doing.

Our  PC faction forum blew up with schemes, hijinks, madcap endeavors, con jobs, and more that never even came remotely to fruition. Information, marks, and more were cataloged. Weapons stockpiled. Drug contacts pursued.

This my friends is what the rogue life is all about. From this faction to countless others we teamed up now and again but never quite on that same caliber. Then one of us went DM then the other and since we have met up occasionally for roguish hijinks but it was never quite as glorious as those old days.

Because that's the secret to scoundrel life. Crime as an intellectual exercise more so than a gaining endeavor and taking the biggest and stupidest risks you can imagine in pursuit of glory and infamy. Not to say you accomplished something but to say you accomplished something Because they said you couldn't accomplish it[/u]

Spit on their, blacken their eyes, scoundrels one and all.

Here's to another 7,000 hairbrained schemes and forums filled with fleeting musings.

One day, RwG. One day we shall properly team up. Hopefully before the next 7,000 though >_>

How did I miss this?

Been far too long since the days of rogues and necromancers. Although we've met on other characters, it's not been the same.

Cheers for cleverly concocted schemes and corruptive magic. While we might never have had much achievement together, we never lacked style.

I dedicate my 8,000th post to Sternhund. My korean brother from across the seas and I have played NWN for a lot longer than most people would care to admit and in such we have developed no small amount of excellence.

From the early days of CoA with his crazy duergar and I making mad plans in the slums when we were both so very young to the transition to EFU and forever since, let us never forget-

Post #9,000. And well it's a good one.

They say a man is only as strong as the woman beside him, and for me that woman is Magister. From our early days in CoA to the transition to EFU, the road dog and I have found ourselves in countless awesome concepts twisted and tangled and thrown around EFU like rag dolls.

Be it Bartemis Vrintak's Stygian supporter and enforcer to the current Lord Connel-Smythe Falconer who has literally been my only long term PC supporter of xenophobic hijinks our chances and opportunities have never been short of awesome.

Whether friend (As in the case of our NUMINOUS ORDER witch hunters who were so extreme we were beaten to stop threatening "THE GRAIN SHIPMENTS") or if we're enemies (The Tumultuous relationship between Oloril and Manamanananamana.) he's always pushed me to do bigger and more brazen things to one up myself beyond my last character, my last concept, and my next endeavor.

As many of you know I am something of a drama queen and through all of my burn outs, my flame outs, my "Departures from EFU" I am always bid farewell with a "You'll be back" and a few months later a "Dude we need to stir things up. What RwG concept do you need an enforcer for".

We played elves who terrorized Mistlocke to no end, we played Slaver pirates who met a gruesome end, we've played wizards, we've played soldiers, we've played criminals, we played fanatics.

We've played EFU. For a long, long time.

Here's to the next 9,000 you grizzly old slut.
