Withering Grounds for Withering Roots

It says those areas are not suitable for cultivating plants. This would be true, for normal plants! It should be -perfect- for cultivating wither roots however. The description of the area (when you enter it) talk about how it is overgrown with withered plantlife and all that.

So... please, make wither root growable plants (the type that come from seeds) able to be grown at H'Bala's tower and in the withered woods.
