Needs some balancing in terms of loot, most of it completely useless and not really on par with the level and the equipment youd need to have to survive it.

Its a random loot generator, in my few months here, and the times I have encountered it. It has given some very nice items, and at the same time some very poor items.

A great example is a shield that had
-50% arcane spell failure
In the same chest
-2 ac large shield.
