Raise Old Stones Quest Levels

It can be difficult to get a group together in the Old Stones, moreso because all but one of the quests tops out at L7. I don't know them well enough to say which of them might be alright with topping out at 8 instead of 7, but I think a look at doing this would make forming Old Stones based groups far more viable.
