Old Stones Skinner / Butcher

I was contemplating a certain Old Stones concept (hint: not permit access to Mistlocke or even Scars cave likely) and while I'm not certain if something like this is already implemented, the thought is to add skinner / butcher functionality to a certain NPC. This would be so that PCs who can only access Old Stones as a community hub have somewhere to turn in skinned hides etc, giving them something to do at early levels while encouraging concepts involved with the Stones.

The NPC I am thinking of is that halfling rabitter who has various cages about (but doesn't seem to be interactable at all.)

PS: Old idea, remembered thanks to a recent added suggestion, but I'm keeping this in a new thread as this is an entirely different suggestion (not tied to Aberdenn).
