Remove quest take limit on Tower of Mercy

Such a flavorful, exciting and balanced quest such as the Tower of Mercy should not have a quest take limit on it I believe such a thing is merely detracting from the module rather than adding to it.

I am actually unsure why it was given a limit to begin with, perhaps the optional content at the end which could be made into a part 2 quest which would probably not detract from the over-all gravity of it.

I don't see why any quests have limits really, if one does they all should.

I was told a while back it was given a limit due to how strong those yellow statuettes were (purposefully vague so no spoilers), though that could be wrong. Given that a similar quest to it has (or had, at least) even better items of that nature I don't think it should still have a limit, especially given certain lore checks present in there.

TOM is much easier than the other one you are referencing (which has been removed) and requires much less expenditure of supplies. It's pretty good on rewards, but honestly the quest take limit is such an intimidating factor that I tend to not do it at all period unless I can complete it 100% for fear of getting locked out of the quest permanently otherwise.

The limit is 15... it's a randomized quest that I'd prefer not to start to feel incredibly stale to players. I think doing it more than 15 times is unnecessary.

There are lots of quests and we're building more.

That's good to know! It used to be 7 and I never realized it was changed. Some people said 8, but it was actually 7, and on the 8th attempt you are locked out.
