Murwicket Swallowbutton, the Eccentric Gnome

[hide=foreword]Murwicket Swallowbutton was a very young gnome. An aspiring wizard when he arrived to Ymph. His greatest flaw was that he was a terrible coward and throughout his life on Ymph, this was to be even worse or eventually towards the end - erased completely.

My only plans for him when I started playing him were to SURVIVE. He was also meant to explore alchemy, herbalism and perhaps lore around the isle. Alchemy and herbalism quickly discouraged me after killing me off and so I was just letting the waves of the RP push me forward in his story.

He never had any actual goals, other than those I THOUGHT I would follow with him, but never got around to it because my playtimes would change unexpectedly or I would suddenly not have time to play anymore and by the time I got back, the only motivation I had was to RP and interact with the server.

As to the story!

He had a a lot of friends, though his loyalties would frankly change very often, as he was fueled by greed most of the time.

Eventually he almost joined the Conclave once. Then I had no time to play again and by the time I came back, all the people I knew in the Conclave died. He held a bit of distrust against them because of the Soul Archive, but that was often said not to exist anymore.
Little did he know that the very thing he thought does not exist would be his undoing.

He would often say that he never got anything from the Conclave, so he never gave anything back to it. That was a lie from the perspective of character development. The Conclave was a big step for him towards fighting back his cowardice.
By the time he realized he is not afraid anymore and that he is a cat between dogs in the Conclave, he would leave them to become a TIGER.

The attempts to fight back the Conclave begun, then. He was followed by nightmares due to some spoilerous things, but he refused to take blame in any way and that further enhanced his hatred for the Conclave.

Constantly he was attempting to undermine the Conclave within the village and gather allies against them. Everyone being afraid of the Conclave + everyone being CORRUPT resulted in him usually fighting alone against them.
His fights, be it politics or PVP, were usually successful. I knew the first PvP where he would lose would be the one where he would die and so when four of them grouped up against him, he was defeated and I quickly came to realize his story is coming to and end.

He is a half a year old PC and so I think it was about time he met his end. It's fitting this happened at the hands of his ally, then enemy, then ally, then enemy again.
