Jora Holang why ever did I play him as a front liner with 51 hp I'll never know.

So he's finally come to an end.

I'm not going to bother listing half the shit he actually did, just what he was made to do.

I'm actually rather happy with how he ended - he was made to try and protect the wilds, looks alot like he caused alot of chaos in the end.

To those that knew him well and even those that didn't, I wouldn't be surprised if they realised when he was unsure of how to proceed or nervous he rubbed the back of his neck. a nervous tick of sorts I suppose.

Starting the poor bugger off, he was to help and protect the wild folk anyway that he could and find a way to join the Watchers

Joining the Watchers, well at first he got rather close to Kosh - might have ended up converting him eventually had things continued as they were, but that wasn't to be and he never did decide to join them after Kosh vanished.

Protecting the wild folk ended up with him persuing the art of herbalism (after Duvandors death and the loss of much of it's knowledge) so that he could provide and teach the wilder folk to provide for themselves.  I had a great deal of fun, playing a herbalism teacher with  much less then 20 herbalism skill to people that likely far out numbered my skill points easily.

His need to protect the wild folk, led him to insisting anybody that was arguing or might start a fight, head outside, least they be forced to face him in combat as well.  Now that I think about it, that happened far more often then I expected it to and yet nobody ever resisted such.

In the end, his largest goal of protecting the wild folk, ended up being that of his downfall.   He would not stand for those of the Cave of Scars being beaten on their door step after he'd warned the townsfolk that next time it'd lead to death in one way or another.  In turn such lead to him deciding to hunt them, but he had a change for heart and headed to the Mistlocke Bridge where he challenged Bebel to a one on one duel to the death - upon which he'd challenge the next involved.  Babel in turn decided that Jora was to strong to fight alone and didn't accept.

Moments after such an enraged wildling appeared and charged Mistlocke - Bebel and Emily ran for the last keep and Jora moved to aid his Brother of the wilds, for that truly was his goal.  I am still unsure how it escalated so swiftly to a full on raid on Mistlocke including the kidnapping of a halfling and Sid and eventual execution, but I am glad it did, it was a hell of alot of fun.

A few hours later Harriet appeared in the Cave of Scars to accept the duel and though knowing his path would finally come to an end, he proceeded out of the Cave to see his path to it's end even as others tried to talk him out of it, for his choice was already made, his path merely needed to be walked to it's final end.

Screenshots because I hate posting an end without them, but nwn makes them all come out black I asked Harriet to take two on my behalf.

His grand red booties, from Jadye I think, not overly sure was rather drunk during that particular Orc raid on the Delving.

His grand belt given to him by Sternhund after playing an evil lottery game with what appeared to be some form of Bone Shaman of Fate.... though might have just been an odd palemaster.

Peace to all who made him such a fun character - Kosh Adams his first true friend - Maeri - Rani  - Arty - K'niti - Maggot - Dagul - Glir - Winter - Hound - Rauryk - Awanata - Karisa - Joseph - Bryndan the pretty boy - Avery and Hallvarg.

This is Ed signing out - it's been a fun ride.

Knight Of Pentacles

An awesome character who was consistent in his personality and faith.

Great character, and sad to see him go! The Scars will be a little bit emptier with him gone. Arty really liked him, she'll be sad. :(

Carry on my wayward son, there will be peace when you are done.

God speed. o7

Numos

He'll be missed. But an amazing character. The escalation of the wildling conflict has been crazy, but really fun; I'm glad he had an appropriate and suitably epic end.

(All the cool kids front-line with low health!)
