Sorc Perk Bug

Its not letting me reset the perk with the armor prof. Light armor. It says that the perk is in use, and I can't get rid of it. Frustrating.. :(

The reset option is just in case your particular perk is bugged or something.  It resets.  It doesn't let you pick a different one.
