This weekend I was on a trip. A six hour drive that hurt my rump. Spent most of Saturday with relatives, then drove back again.
This week I should be open.

Been away due to critically ill grandparent, who has recovered well of late.

I'm moving from L.A. back to Alaska on the 20th and will probably be away from the Internet for a good two weeks, after which I'll still have very limited access.  From mid-June to early September I'll be working and won't have time to play EfU:A anyway, so I'm bowing out now.  I might pop in occasionally during the month of May but after that I'm gone.

I may return in September, but more likely my free time will be devoted to an independent film I've been developing for the last month.

I love EfU, and it's been a blast to play here.  I'm hoping I get the chance to do so again, but work and chasing my dreams IRL are going to take priority for me now.

Guess that's a fairly roundabout way to say goodbye, but there you have it.  Keep on rocking, EfU.

Last week I was around in a massively reduced capacity than usual, this weekend I was gone completely, and... It was truth be told rather magnificent.

I'll still be on IRC here and there, and pop on Seraph from time to time to kill some shit with Winston Martin and Derf (Harpiez?), but my plot-pushing, faction leading, etc has been replaced with Youthful debauchery, School, RL job of tutoring inner city kids in the ghetto of Chicago, and playing videogames where I can y'know...Pause it. Save it. Leave it.

In the immortal words of Rick James: EFU is a hell of a drug.

I'm sure in a month or two I'll get really bored and relapse :D

I have a plan to spend the next 2 weeks working on a research project writeup, panicking, and drinking enough coffee to melt my kidneys. Due to this, my other unhealthy habits like online gaming will have to be reduced to leave time in the day :P. I'll still be about, just less so. Keep the Gnomewagon rolling.
