Within the curio shop library a simple tome sits labeled "Record of Atonement".

[tface=salt]To preserve the integrity of my endeavor and allow all to see the tasks that have been undertaken, and my upsworn oath to carry them through, I shall be keeping catalog of both the individuals that come forward wishing to claim debit of the Oath and the task that they have requested.

As per the Oath of Atonement until the midnight of Hammer 24th I shall perform one service as Paladin of the Coronal of Arvandor, Corellon Larethian, to atone for the deeds and acts of the Child Leged who has brought misfortune and more upon these fair people.

Any innocent being that has suffered in any shape or form may seek me out in person or via letter to the Mist End tavern to perform one task, with no reward being accepted for such a task. There are but two restraints upon such: That the task itself does not break my greater oaths, and that the task is reasonable enough as to not monopolize my time aiding others with tasks of their own.
