Kayla, the Mistlocked Housewife who sundered tradition and rule wherever she went, then making her own according to her beliefs despite opposition from outer and inner forces.

A shy peasant wife of nineteen summers, stolen from her unwanted husband, and set upon Ymph, she was all but abducted upon entering Mistlocke, and taken to see to harpies despite having no skills whatsoever in combat or magick.

The Empire wasn't all grimdark, thanks to her few friends...




Cleaning and repairing the Enclave, at the expense of anyone below



Cleaning the Enclave, a crime punishable by Nebezzduonship, according to the Oracle...



Her inexplicable friendship and liking of some of those whom had bad habits she thoroughly dispproved of....



But she wasn't without an occasional cruel sense of humor herself:

Maybe this is why the Oracle didn't like her cleaning...no, surely not!



Kayla knew this was coming sooner or later



The Mist didn't always welcome Kayla



Rejoicing in her victory over Hyrsicator Morv...



Us sorceresses have to stick together against the mean old menfolks!




Kayla worked hard every day to make New Netheril a place people wished to be a part of, despite everyone hating her for it.



For some reason, Kayla always got a promotion after killing herself!



Kayla coming up with her own Mistbound tattoos.



Kayla preferred to follow her heart and the Oracle's orders rather than kidnap people, which put her in plenty of dangerous situations.



Kayla risked her life and soul to make Ymph a better place every day, arguing with Hyrsicator Morv constantly on methodology while the Oracle Razul facepalmed every single time before telling Morv to shut up.



The second time she killed herself by burning herself almost completely to ash, was to avoid being sacrificed to that thing in the center.



Kayla found a person's decapitated head...and decided to prank her future Consort with it:



Life wasn't entirely bad on Ymph, especially with friends:





One of the few times Kayla left the Enclave was to bathe in risque clothing, to prevent CERTAIN PEOPLE from seeing too much.




Recruiting scumbags for the Conclave was one of her most despised duties



Stolen moments with a dear friend, but I won't post the entire series here...just the beginning and end!





Kayla found H'bala's weakness: snakes! She's scared of them! //No, not really. I was hoping to get an epic SS of H'bala's spells.




Despite being an Imperial, Kayla never let that stop her from hanging out with her friends from before she joined the Empire, though only as an equal, and not as an Imperial.




Kayla's dreams usually looked like this:



Kayla worked hard to keep the Enclave clean, picking up books left behind by the clearly incompetent wizards.
