After turning in two packages, it bugged and only gave me pay for one crate.

Log said-
"Caermyn Smuggler took 2 packages
Lost item: Smuggler Package
Lost item: Smuggler package
Acquired: 300 gold"

Right. I know what's the bug. For now, drop the excess and deliver it one by one.
