Wood elf skin disappeared

Yes, well, I arrived online, gained a moon elf skin then lost a wood elf skin.
 
I am a wood elf.  This has not happened in the few months of playing this character.  The loss of strength was not very helpful.
 
I logged off and waited about 15 minutes and returned to find no difference.  I will try again upon reset.
 
The DM online mentioned that perhaps my sub-race was listed as "wood" perhaps instead of "woodelf".

I think this is related, so I'm putting it in here.

When I log on (Human) it says I do not have a player skin and thus I loose function of player tools, or something.

Yes this is still going on after a reset as well.
 
Now it states that my "Wood" subrace is there, yet no skin is provided, Gasp, I am skinless!   [screams running around in circles till he falls to the ground weakened, yet smarter and more charismatically.]
