Gazer allies and pipes

I think it should be changed if possible to include anyone deemed a gazer ally (ie has a token from one of them) should be able to use pipes.

As above post. This will be an insanely good perk warranting an application from those who truly deserve this but not a druid or stargazer.

I don't really know much about this series of tubes that acts a special transport system for gazers and druids, but remembering back to EFU:A, this is a much needed benefit for them, and it should remain their special thing, GM special permission for other characters not withstanding.

There is a way to tag someone to be able to use the eagle pipes. It needs a DM though.
