The new wages system has an anti-idling feature whereby if you do not move for a certain amount of time, you are considered AFK and do not recieve a wage. Could this be altered to make speech count as an action? Otherwise if you are sitting plotting for an extended amount of time, you have to get up and move about every so often in order to be given your wages, despite that you are active in faction business. i noticed this during a DM event where my PC was talking a lot but was stationary.

Porkolt

I thought it did.

Adding a notice that points out when you are no longer AFK might be a better idea.

Platine Dispositif

Never got the AFK notice, even if not touching my controls for a long long LONG time, as long as I kept spouting lines. I'm pretty positive that this already does prevent AFK status.
If I just stand and don't type, I do get the notice though, despite not being part of any faction.

Mort

It does detect if you talk.

Professor Death

I would swear I've gotten the notice during lengthy rp sessions, but will start looking more closely to verify.

IxTheSpeedy

Could the script be modified to detect if you're engaging in either herbalism or alchemy?  I've had it kick off a few times while running an extended amount of experiments.

Thanks.

Funny, then. Perhaps it's been firing because I've been on the end of an extended Wall of Text from the other person and thus didn't respond. Or it's bugged. I'll pay more attention to when it goes off.
