Could another portal be created on creation, that teleports you to Mistlocke, as a resident of Mistlocke? I feel like we are all constricted on creating characters.

Not a bad idea. I apped to start as a resident of the Priory but was told I had to start through the Portal as otherwise my character token etc. wouldn't be set up right. Even if it was an app-only portal, it would be a quick way to set up for what wouldn't be a hard application.

It may be more sensible a bit more into the future. As a resident, whether a local from before H'bala's release or a refugee that came in three years ago, there's a lot of knowledge that you should know regarding how Mistlocke was during that time.
