Tower of Mercy spawns

Recently did tower of mercy at hour 7. All of the Nightrisers despawned (including inside of Ghula's optional room)

I can't find the prior posts, but I recall having issues on a Drow at hour 7, and Nightriser PCs also having a problem at this hour with all effects being stripped and such. Not sure if it's related, but it's the only time I've seen it happen.

Syeira Zarovitch and Galen De Montfort Entered the Tower of Mercy at Hour Seven on November 1st when the server had been up for about four hours. We entered the Nightrisen Barracks and the first room to the right immediately spawned- then despawned, it's riser presence. Neither did the room with the sword pedestal have Risen. However, the room with the Ballistae did have Risen in it.

We were level six and seven respectively.

The room with numerous coffins, however, did have plenty of Risen inside of it.

So the first room on the right, as well as the room with the Sword Pedestal, on the last part of ToM seems to be the culprit here.
