Mist's End Officer's Club Private Room Resting

I am currently renting room V of the Mist's End Officer's Club private rooms and for some reason I cannot rest anywhere within the room.

This might apply to the other rooms as well, but has not been the case when I was renting rooms II and III.

Just a side note on this, it often says that you cannot rest while enemies are nearby in the tavern.

Yep, I've noticed that in the officer's club only sleeping chamber but this is not the case for the above private room problem where it simply doesn't allow rest at all: "You cannot rest here."

There is a specific area near the back two beds of the public sleeping chamber that allows rest without the "enemies are near," warning though.

Tracked down that "hostile" once, it's Rosaline who is flagged hostile for some reason. I have no idea however where exactly she is at, and why she has the hostile flag.
