Ebok

Potion of the Chicken
This concoction was invented by the late-Alexander Fowl, who was undoubtably a ingenious alchemist. He was also an impressive gambler both for the volume if his winnings and for the rate at which those turned into debt. Do to his slight build and large loans he was always seeking to perfect the perfect means for escaping his creditors time and time again. He decided to create flight, and so he began his brewing of the ultimate potion, which like all his creations worked perfectly. Unfortunately for Mr Fowl it lasted longer then he had forseen and lo he ended up served as dinner.

Effect: Haste (10) and Polymorph Chicken 5minutes.

Potion of Chickenhood

This fabled potion, a lesser version of the Potion of Chicken is rarely made on purpose but rather, is an accident byproduct produced in an attempt to make it's more famous cousin, the Potion of Chicken.

The drinker of this potion becomes utterly certain that they are in fact, a chicken.

A text message pops up for the player informing them that they believe themselves to be a chicken, till the effect wears off.  Give them a little swirly "charmed" graphic above their head.

The_Sacrilegious_Scorn

Potion of waterbreathing.

Does the same as bubbleberries but with a longer effect and.. obviously, cannot be imbibed underwater.

CryptWarden

Essence of Good

Once imbibed, your alignment shifts 1 point toward the good alignment spectrum.

Barber

Egon the Monkey

QuoteShevarash's Wrath
"First brewed by elven evokers following the fall of Illithyr, these potions help the user in defeating the unnatural spell-defences of the Drow"
+4 Caster Level for all Spell Resistance checks for 5 minutes
QuoteWolfsbane Draught
"This rare and expensive draught is highly toxic to were-beings, though merely unpleasantly bitter to others. It is in occasional use as a way to prove ones innocence of accusation should you be able to afford it."
Poisons any Shapechanger that drinks it with 1d2 WIS damage, no save
As Silver's been stated to no longer work as a test in normal shape, this would be useful as a way to test suspicions. Should cost a couple hundred GP from some backwoods NPC to avoid people demanding it of just anyone.

QuoteRighteous Infusion
This holy brew is infused with celestial energy and is the bane of undead. Drinking if causes the energy to blast from the user in a radiant burst.
Affects all Undead  in the area as if they had been hit with an attempt to Turn Undead by the PC. CHA bonus and level could be hardcoded in the potion or based on player CHA and Char Level. An evil equivalent could also be made, that would command undead
QuoteSecond Wind
Popular with enthusiastic sorcerers, this potion can replenish the power that normally only a good rest can.
Fill 3+1d2 L1 spell slots back up with spells as if the PC had rested. It's a more flexible way than wands for a  caster PC to keep being useful in long battles and DM events if they run out of spells.

Bearic

Powered Milk:

A strange concoction made by an erratic wizard making use of what was ever around. The drink itself is rather nasty tasting, and generally the milk aspect is spoiled, however, remnants of magic are sprinkled inside the formula.

Daze on user for one round, a fortitude save against poison or con loss, and then the aid effect and either bull's strength, cat's grace, endurance, or invisibility.

Hairy Spider Breath:

A powerful alcohol named for the added ingredient of spider venom. The amount is small enough, but it's enough to add potency to the other wise stale water its often added to.

fortitude save against poison or con and int loss, and + 2 spot, search and listen.

Potion of Leporidae:

A shiny red potion, about the same size and shape as an average speed potion with a confusing label reading: "Leporidae Magickus". Seemingly a prank by a vengeful mage, a few many warriors found them selves dead rather quickly in a horde of trolls...

Polymorphs the player into a bunny.

adharmas

Blink Potion:

A translucent silvery potion that appears to be a failed attempt at some other more powerful concoction. It can be used by the imbiber to escape some immediate danger... possibly into another nearby danger.

Teleports you 30 feet in a random direction and makes you invisible for 3 rounds (18 seconds).

(not sure on the duration for balance. Could be up to 5 rounds)

Essence of Sacrifice

To glimpse into this potion is to see into the heart of that which no mortal was meant to see, the very heart of the mists swirly within this heady concoction.  It is rumored that by drinking this concoction, the life of another can be returned to them...

Drinking the potion, voluntarily, perma kills the drinkers, no exceptions.  50/50 chance to raise a dead PC to life, even without their corpse.

Ebok

Oils of Major Replication
This very rare bubbling purple brew is more of an accidental concoction–crafted from the mixture of too many lies, far too much fragmented glass, a dash of trouble, and oh-so-much flavor. It has been the cause of a number of social disasters and often helped to dupe even the most careful observer. Nevertheless it can cause a number of problematic situations including the temporary loss of control of your body. It is best drank carefully.

Effect: 10%: paralysis. 90%: Turn the user invisible, duplicate the character with a temporary henchman or summon. The user can speak through the image and move it around using the chat command and player tools. It only lasts a short time: 3 minutes?. The image's AC 10, saves and ab are +1, damage is 1d4, and it has HP 20.

Oils of Minor Replication
This rare bubbling light-purple brew is more of an accidental  concoction–crafted from the mixture of too many lies, far too much  fragmented glass, a dash of trouble, and oh-so-much flavor. It has been  the cause of a number of social disasters and often helped to dupe even  the most careful observer.

Effect: Turn the user invisible, duplicate the character with an uncontrollable image of themselves standing there. Lasts 1 minute.
