Firstly, let me offer my apologies that this issue hasn't been tackled sooner. I know it's been frustrating to be stuck in limbo for a long time, without really having any way to further your agendas/get meaningful NPC interaction. This has largely been an issue of DM coverage IG, which is an issue we've been meaning to rectify.

Of late, the DM Team has been discussing in depth the direction we wish the server to take, specifically regarding to factions and their interactions. Sadly, we have decided to bring the Malatesta and First Bolt to a graceful IC conclusion, and won't be accepting any new applications for them. This has been for numerous reasons, both IC and OOC which are too many to go into here. To put it simply, however, we don't believe the factions have a future on EFUA in the direction it's currently heading in. To put any fears to rest- this does not mean by any stretch that we are going to not have any 'goodly' factions. You have our assurance of that.
