Shambling Corpse has no creature weapon

I noticed while fighting Kobold High Priests, that Shambling Corpses don't have Creature Weapons or Improved Unarmed Strike any more, as my PC kept AoOing them.

Think this might be intentional.  They were heavily nerfed.
