Air Elemental Eletrical Damage

The electrical damage from these elementals (the summoned ones) went through elemental resistance and there was no way to protect from it.

I thought it was a bug.

If it matters, lots of things have reduced the electrical damage to 0. Which cannot happen if this statement above is universally true.
