City of Dwarves?

I forget the who, whats, wheres and whens, but wasn't there a server being built with the help of our DM staff by this name? Maybe it was a NWN2 server, which maybe now attainable with Peepers news..anyhow, anyone remember this or have an update on it?

EfU has always been a server where the players decide the outcome of events through their actions.  In years past an idealized version of a server was envisioned where dwarves would congregate to tell fart jokes, drink ale, and pull on their beards to their hearts content.  Lithe buxom elven lasses would be aplenty, and many a good times would be had.

But the staff realized something.  While creating such a place was within their power, why would they gift such a wondrous place on the uncaring masses, who would inevitably kill the NPCs and quest train it to the point of retardation?  Some said they should build it though it would not live up to the ideal, and others argued they shouldn't even bother, but finally a consensus was reached.  One voice rang out above the rest, and all nodded in agreement as they recieved the wisdom of the message it brought.

The City of Dwarves would only become a reality if the players built it, earned it.  How could they then carelessly watch it crumble?  Now so armed with the knowledge, I challenge the playerbase to make this vision a reality.
