efuss cleared after reset

After each reset I'm finding that my EFUSS points become unspent, even though they've been attributed to skills previously. No idea if anyone else is having this problem.

They reset after each level gained, I believe.

I haven't checked to see if they reset upon... er... reset.

They shouldn't do either. They do reset, I think, if you die....

Is anyone else having these issues? Is the PC old or new?

EFU2 old. I'll see it if happens again next reset - don't remember dying recently.
