Why? They are all fairly up to date, excepting perhaps the Sons of Sabuth.

House Sharboneth, you will note, says explicitly in the description they've been disbanded. However, we left it up as reference.

EDIT: Howland insinuated I said this because I am too lazy to update it. He might be right. I'll fix it within the week.

QuoteThe Stygian Armada is a mercenary group with former ties to Old Port, yet now holds power of Ymph with the self-proclaimed King Trenada at their lead. They have a very 'draconian' code of conduct associated with honour and bravery in the face of overwhelming odds. Their Commandant King Antoine Trenada was once a charismatic duelist and proud man, yet he was begun to show signs of wear since taking over the responsibility of Ymph's future.

The Armada is divided under three sub-division each focused on a specific set of duties. Tertrach Grand Larson Burkden was in charge of the infantry units until his recent death during the Ixpadian War and has been replaced by Tertrach Tau Masemba, a furious and deadly combatant wielding a prized whip.

Tertrach Maria Catharina Sevar is in charge of more covert and diplomatic missions, leading the Specialist division who handle the most powerful trade known to man, information.

Finally, Tertrach Sharr'Kall, the Sahuagin Prince, is in charge of his own brigade of hardened sahuagin warriors who joined with Trenada a long time ago for reasons which are kept hidden to most outside of the group. This division has scarcely been seen since Duke Trenada relocated to the Duchy of Ymph, though their fierce appetite and destructive behavior have not abandoned the memory of most inhabitants.

The Stygians, as they referred themselves, are deeply intolerant of any form of destructive magic, as they believe this technique of warfare is what dehumanized war as a whole, leading conflicts to lose its civility and turning wars into massacres rather than into the beautiful confrontations that they ought to be. Despite its mercenary nature, the Armada has always retained a very fearsome, yet chilvarous reputation amongst the citizens of Old Port, though their sense of honor has somewhat degraded in the mind of many since their struggle on Ymph began.

After the Queen's War, the Stygian Armada have found themselves greatly lessened. Their numbers are a fraction of what they once were. Many have taken to calling them Trenada's "Blue Rubies", especially now that the King Trenada has publicly dismissed the rule of the Count Senusper, ruler of the Shrouded Isles.

QuoteThe Numinous Order is a cult-like faction of mostly religious devotees who have taken it upon themselves to worship the Three and the One, otherwise known as the Triad and Helm. Grim, stoic, and often fanatical in their efforts, the Templars of the Lord Agravian Blackhearth, a withering and ancient man clad in the most antiquated pieces of plate, have proven to be some of the most resilient and capable warriors to grace the island.

They have given new names to these deities that they worship, with Helm being the Dreamer, Ilmater being The Dead God, Torm being The Risen God, and Tyr being The Unbroken God.

They bring forth prophecy quite often and reveal the darkest days to come, often predicting that the apocalypse itself is near and threatening Ymph at this very moment. It may be hard to question such prophecy, for the mighty Lich H'Bala has been released from her great prison and brings a great war upon Ymph, one to rival the tides of battle and great victories that the Order saw within Red Eleint.
