A queer bug

My GSF transmutation wizard is able to turn into a zombie.

This zombie, however, can be critical hit, and sneak attacked!

Does my transmuted wizard still have living organs-

Or am I temporarily a true undead creature?

if it is the latter, I believe immunity to sneak attack, poisons, critical hit, negative energy, etc...should all be applied.
