Bug with Vasard Kingsman

There is a glitch with Vasard Kingsman. When selecting to rent a private room, it shows that I have them all rented for a period of 9 days, and I have a room key in my inventory. All the private rooms are currently rented by other people. When selecting "rent a room for the night", He charges no gold, and I still get to sleep.

I relogged to see if it was my own lag, but the problem persists.
