Claming Protection: Outer Wall Forest Farmlands - Doesn't Work

My character, Rolly Witwade, Login: Peasant, the commoner, can't seem to be able to claim it protected in the name of his faction (Sons of Sabuth). Of course, I'm talking about the scripted system.

I believe you require a minimum of three (tagged) characters present to make a claim on land. It also wont trigger unless you've removed the nearby spawns, but I figure you did that already.

You should have a token that allows you to basically set people as part of or representing the Son of Sabuth Flag. However, I'm still uncertain myself what these actions actually mean, Ive rarely seen them used.
