This concept is exactly what it says in the title, however I'll explain this in a little more detail.  If you are looking to play a character related to the sea, inner piers, a faith or many other things then I'd urge you to consider this.  A bit of general info:
Alignment: Any evil or neutral (preferably not too anarchistic)
Faith: Umberlee of course.
Class: Non paladin.
Race: Any.

This concept as a pc faction is very new but does have some links to the Old Port church IG.  So if you are looking for a new concept then check it out, you might just like it.
