I think everyone needs to stop metagaming being watched using the player list, there is a roll to know if you are being watched and if you fail just accept it..all the metagaming is teh lameness.

I am confused by what you are trying to say? The best I can get is that you have seen people fail the scry check and then act like they know they are being scried on.

past experience, my ftr/bard with maxxed spellcraft and items couldnt block scrying so i think the clerics and the ftrs in plate have less chance

Legitimate cases of metagaming should be sent to the DMs. Things like this just draw more attention to the fact it's possible.

Well, this shouldn't be an issue next reset. I thought the playerlist bug was fixed, but it didn't take, apparently, so next reset, these types of metagaming wont be possible.
