Gobsquat Transition/Jump

There's a rampart in the Northwest corner of gobsquat that has no way down.  If someone gets lag-jumped up there (for example, when transitioning into gobsquat) they cannot get down.  Can the DM's please add a transition that allows people to climb down?

This seems to be happening often lately.  I got trapped there the other day, and unable to reach a DM, I had to wait for a reset.

Needless to say, it can be VERY annoying.  Can a one way transition be put here?
