Normally, I'm someone who is quite sensitive to imbalance in quests, and, honestly, I don't see anything wrong with this quest.  I've enjoyed it everytime I've been on it, and haven't died any more frequently than other quests.

I think the Acid spray DC is too high.  Almost no one in that level range will have a chance to save it.

Tweaked both sewer goblin and scalemount to be easier. Upped reward as well.
