Drow faction bugs

On the Drow Caravan quest, the boss and miniboss spawns seem to be in a different faction from the normal mobs, and attack them.

The Kuo-Toa captain in Mutulakt is hostile to the duergar and invulnerable, and ruthlessly slaughters the entire settlement, chaining from one duergar to the next.

Bugs fixed.

Also going through and making the UD considerably more dangerous, so be warned.
