Degraded Animateable Armor - single use or daily?

Degraded Animateable Armor's  single-use power, Summon Monster V, seems to have one use per day instead of one use at all.  The armor does not vanish when you use the power, and when you rest, the ability becomes available again.

I assume this is a mistake and not a feature because the summoned monster is very powerful, but I may be mistaken.

Definitely a mistake, please trash any old versions - the new version should be fixed.
