Dreamer Perk

I'm not certain if I'm just having horrendous bad luck with % rolls, but the Dreamer perk seemingly isn't firing for me on rest, and hasn't been for the past couple of weeks, give or take. Character name is Tristan de Vallaux, GSID is _faqir.

Yea, it's incredibly low >.> For a couple weeks I would rest every 25-30 minutes just to test this, and after spending about a thousand gold on inn rooms decided to give up testing.

It is low but lasts a good amount of time when it goes off and is very nice, atleast I always thought it was.

Can anyone confirm having gotten the benefits of this perk and tell me if it lasted a while, without spoiling what it is?

I've gotten this perk activated after a rest, and the effects didn't go away for a good hour from what I remember.

I got this perk to fire properly at least once all the way back when it was introduced (PC Richard Bharr). Duration was pretty long, but not infinite. Consider, say, a mid-to-high level amount of hours/day.

It is working, it is working for the duration (it seems!).

It is a low percent chance of happpening but I believe the rewards are meritable that. So not a bug.

We may increase the chance of it firing.
