Allow Guild Clerk Emiliano to remove faction banners from pcs

A scripted method to do this would be nice.  It doesn't present itself in his scripted dialogue - if it's already there, I'm missing it.

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe it's not possible within the current framework of the system. I do think that if such an obvious thing were possible it would already be implemented.

I tried to test this and I certainly didn't receive the option. If it is at all possible, this suggestion would be awesome. Having just started playing again with an old PC who I believe has the old Chauntean priestess' banner; and now wanting to join Bastion of Light... it would make life a lot easier.

Surely if at one point faction banners were allocated via npc dialogue (which was certainly the case when they were first introduced), it should be possible to clear the same variable via dialogue?
