The additional 'shout'-tower, in the docks is rather nifty.
What i believe is still a bit strange, is the fact you can not communicate alike this in the GobSquat?
Seems to me, due to certain racial limitations, it would add to have a spot to shout in the heads of others, in this area as well.

They are goblins though, but who knows. One could attempt to work on it, but I doubt it's necessary as such races that can't visit docks are really outsiders big time and may need to just suffer it.

Get together a list of common words and randomly replace them in sendings with words that sound similar but aren't the same word. Quest is vest and trog is fog. Also, for other words that aren't on the list, have a percentage chance of them being spelled incorrectly. This is how goblin sending should be.

Also, in place of five coins, you can trade three rat meats.

I have to agree that a sending system in the Gobsquat would add some extra convenience for getting players together to do stuff.

In the case of the Docks sending system, Docks PCs got together and did something to get one there ingame. I'd suggest if you really want it maybe trying the same thing?

Yes, the Docks PCs went to extreme effort + waited months + there are potent NPC wizards in the Docks.

I tried working on it, but died. I suggest joining the Hanged Goblin Inn Employee faction and trying to upgrade Gobsquat.
