EHH? Help?

Hey guys, i played EFU like a year or so ago before the island was in play lol. and now idk like what to do, and i want to make a character thats like good but idk where to ever do quests and stuff.. does anybody want to help me? or are you not allowed to?

If it's starting off with quests that you're having problems with, just go around the Ziggurat and examine various NPC's, if they have a quest, the quest requirements for group and number of players will be shown there. Stick to doing solo delivery quests until you hit level 3, this allows you not only to start off your adventuring career at a higher level than some, but gives you the gold to have some decent equipment to begin fighting with.

Once you're level 3, try and find people to quest with. Try making a sending (top floor of the Ziggurat, east side entrance, straight ahead is a halfling named Fredoc Hedger, speak with him and get your Sending Stone, make a sending, and he even has a little delivery quest) asking for work. I recommend sticking to a support character at first, like an archer or healer, just to make it easier and safer on you and your group while you get the hang of this new setting.

There are a lot of quests focused in the immediate area around the Ziggurat, the docks, and the areas just outside the main gate. One of the easiest ways of finding quests is to RIGHT click on an NPC character and Look at him. If that NPC can give a quest, it will show up in his description along with the level range and number of PCs you can have in the party.

A few other quests are selectable by way of a placable, a glowing ball of sorts that will glow when your cursor hovers over it. An easy way of finding these is to hit TAB as you walk around the city, as they will light up. By RIGHT clicking on it and looking at it, it should also give you a description of the quest. If you LEFT click those, it will start a conversation with the item, and allow you to choose to take the quest.

If you are new to the island, and have a new PC, start at the top of the pyramid by talking to an NPC called Nduru (or soemthing like that). He has a low level quest you can take ONCE only and it gets your started on the low level quest chain that will introduce you to the island city.

Hi there, and weclome back. Don't hesitate to ask people around, players and DMs alike.

There's a short quest circuit for beginners: one quest sends you someplace, where nearby NPCs give you another quest. That should get you started.

But remember to make IG buddies for your PC, since most quests thereafter can't be soloed, and the server is focused on group accomplishement & RP, more than solo.
