Character mysteriously disappeared.

My char mysteriously disappeared from my account.  I set the efusl password, logged out, went to the efusl site, and the log in was unsuccessful.  So I went to log back in the game, and my char was missing from the list.  I tried repeatedly but with no success.

Your character's actually in "Top of the Hill" account. You never had character under a "Pardus Silva" account.
