Writing Tablet/Paper

Just a quicky - perhaps add the Tablet / Writable Paper to the non-ZIggurat NPC's? Like the one in the Exiled Camp, Starwood, Ark, etc?

Yeah. Especially that writing isn't just paper / ink/ quill, wilderness PC's can just use chalk and dried bark or whatever!
